Kirsten Nordlof

Kirsten Nordlof serves as the Global Head of Tax & Statutory Reporting and Vice President at Uber since June 2021. Prior to this role, Kirsten was Co-Chair of the Silicon Valley Tax Directors Group from January 2019 to December 2023. At Autodesk, from November 2015 to June 2021, Kirsten held multiple positions, including Vice President of Financial Services, Treasurer, and Global Head of Tax, leading a diverse finance team. Before Autodesk, Kirsten was the Vice President of Tax, Treasury & Real Estate at Epicor Software and served as a Director in Mergers and Acquisitions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in complex federal income tax matters. Kirsten's earlier experience includes a role as a Transaction Tax Manager at Ernst & Young. Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature from the University of Oregon, a JD from the University of Oregon School of Law, and an LLM in Tax from the University of Washington School of Law.
