Mingmin Chen

Mingmin Chen is an accomplished software engineering professional with extensive experience in data infrastructure and engineering leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Uber since November 2015, Mingmin Chen has held key positions including Head of Data Infra Engineering and Head of Real-time Data and Search Platform. Prior to Uber, Mingmin Chen was a Senior Member of Technical Staff in the Exadata development team at Oracle and gained early experience as a Software Engineer Intern at HP Enterprise Security. Mingmin Chen's academic credentials include a PhD in Computer Science from the University of California, Davis, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Science and Technology of China, and an exchange program at National Tsing Hua University.
