Pawel Szczodruch is an experienced software engineer with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Uber since March 2022, Pawel has also held senior roles at companies such as Rollbar and Optimizely. As the founder and owner of Grafinex since January 2003, Pawel demonstrates entrepreneurial leadership alongside technical expertise. Previous positions include Senior Data Analytics Engineer at Allstate and Senior Python Developer at The University of Chicago.
