Paz Petraglia

Paz Petraglia has extensive experience in strategy, sales enablement, and operations, currently serving in global strategy and planning roles at Uber, including interim head of SMB sales for Uber Eats. Additionally, Paz is a board member for the Latinas in Tech London & EU Chapter, promoting community building among tech professionals. Experience as a career and professional coach at Mentoring Club includes coaching on resume building, interview techniques, and leadership skills. Prior roles encompass program management within Agoda, digital transformation at Widex, and financial planning at Jumia Group, alongside consulting positions at KPMG Argentina. Paz holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge and is pursuing ontological coaching training while having completed an exchange program at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and a BBA from Universidad de 'San Andrés'.
