Maxence Decrosse has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Maxence started their career as a Technical Intern at Réseau de Transport d'Électricité in 2010. In 2011, they had a Technical Internship at ArcelorMittal.

In 2012, Maxence co-founded Spotistic, a company that was later acquired by Uberall in 2015. As the CTO of Spotistic, they were responsible for making most of the technical decisions.

After the acquisition, Maxence joined Uberall as a Senior Back-end Developer, a role they held from 2015 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they served as the DevOps Team Lead at Uberall. Currently, they are working as the Principal Software Engineer at Uberall, a position they assumed in August 2021.
