In 2017, they worked at Transition Technologies - Managed Services as Senior Oracle Developer. From 2016 to 2017, they worked at Amway as Senior Oracle EBS Developer, responsible for Global developments and Global support for Go-lives. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Athamas Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as EBS Technical Lead, where they were responsible for Implementation and Development Projects for Release 12.1.3 and Release 12. In the same year, they also worked at Herbalife as Senior Oracle ASCP Consultant, responsible for Conversion and Report developing to Forecast items. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at Birlasoft (India) Limited as Senior Software Engineer, responsible for Oracle apps technical consultant for Distribution and Finance modules.

Mohan Rao Beesa completed their schooling from A.K&K.Public School,Chirala between 1989 and 1999. Mohan Rao then went on to pursue their XIIth Standard from Bharathi Junior College between 1999 and 2001. Subsequently, they obtained a B.Tech in English from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University between 2001 and 2005. In addition, they have obtained various certifications from Oracle and Scrum.org, such as Oracle Autonomous Database Cloud 2020 Certified Specialist, Oracle Cloud Platform Application Integration 2020 Certified Specialist, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations 2020 Certified Associate, Scrum Master Certified (SMC), Oracle OCA Certification, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2020 Enterprise Workloads Certified Associate, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Developer 2020 Certified Associate, etc.
