Karanequa Reed Lmsw

Karanequa Reed, LMSW, possesses extensive experience in the social work field, with a focus on counseling, case management, and advocacy for individuals facing mental health and substance abuse challenges. Currently serving as a Program Therapist at UBH Denton since January 2023, Karanequa has previously held roles such as Counselor III at American Addiction Centers, Case Manager II at Encompass Health, and CSCD Counselor at Dallas County. With a Master of Social Work from Baylor University and a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Humboldt State University, Karanequa has worked with diverse populations, including children in foster care and adults in jail diversion programs, demonstrating a commitment to improving the quality of life for clients through coordinated care and support services.
