Vanajakshi Dattatreya

Vanajakshi Dattatreya is an experienced psychiatric nurse practitioner with a background in nursing education and clinical practice. Currently serving as a psychiatric nurse practitioner at UBH Denton and Restored Path Detox since November 2018 and August 2022 respectively, Vanajakshi also has prior experience as a registered nurse at Haven Behavioral Hospital of Frisco from May 2016 to September 2022. Education includes a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner from Walden University, completed in February 2022, a registered nursing refresher program from Professional HealthCare Education Service Inc in 2015, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, obtained in 2003. Previous roles include assistant lecturer at Mythri College of Nursing from August 2004 to December 2005 and nursing tutor at Dr. Ambedkar School of Nursing from August 2003 to August 2004, where Vanajakshi taught various nursing subjects and supervised nursing students.
