Joseph Tchouaffi has a diverse and extensive work experience in sales and account management roles. Joseph started their career in 2009 at CBS Interactive as a TeleMarketer for the UK and French markets, where they generated leads and conducted outbound marketing campaigns. In 2011, they joined Blue Coat Systems as an Inside Sales Rep for France and French Speaking Africa, where they maintained relationships with distribution partners, provided training and support, and updated the CRM. Joseph then transitioned to the role of Channel Account Manager Africa, where they managed distribution partners and resellers in French-speaking Africa to generate annual sales bookings. Joseph worked at Blue Coat Systems until 2016. From 2016 to 2017, Joseph worked at Rohde & Schwarz Cybersecurity as an Inside Sales Representative, where they conducted cold and warm calls, detected projects, arranged appointments for field sales representatives, and qualified leads. Currently, since 2018, they are employed at UBIKA as a Territory Sales Manager.
Joseph Tchouaffi received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English and French from the University of Buea, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Joseph then pursued a Master's degree in Management and International Business at the University of Sunderland from 2007 to 2008.
