Renaud Torres

Renaud Torres has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Renaud is currently working as a Support Manager at UBIKA since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Rohde & Schwarz Cybersecurity as a Technical Support Manager from June 2018 to June 2022. Before that, they held the position of Technical Support Manager at DenyAll SAS from July 2014 to June 2018, where their responsibilities included team management and providing security and technical support on various platforms. Renaud also worked as a Customer Satisfaction Manager at Bee Ware from June 2011 to June 2014, where they managed a team and provided Level 3 support on web application firewall and related technologies. Renaud started their career at Contact as a Technical Project Manager in October 2001 and worked there until May 2011, where they were involved in frontend and webservices development, system administration, and database administration.

Renaud Torres completed their education at the IUT MONTPELLIER-SETE from 2000 to 2001, where they earned a DUT degree in Informatique (Computer Science). Prior to that, from 1998 to 1999, they studied at the University of Montpellier, obtaining a DEUG degree in Biologie, général (Biology, General).
