Alexandra Caldas began their work experience in 2013 at IBM as an Account Knowledge Manager System (AKMS) Administrator. From January 2014 to December 2015, they worked as the Deployment Manager for the Account Knowledge Management System.
In 2015, Alexandra joined Ubiquiti Inc. as a Content Manager, responsible for managing content in the Help Center. From April 2017 onwards, they served as a Process & Content Manager, creating and managing process documentation and handling community-sourced software localization projects. In August 2019, they continued in the same role, expanding their responsibilities to include Knowledge Base management.
Currently, Alexandra holds the position of Support Process, Content & Project Management at Ubiquiti Inc. In this role, they focus on continuously improving the customer experience by configuring and managing support tools, projects, and processes. Alexandra also creates and manages internal and external content strategies, as well as handles community-sourced software localization projects.
Alexandra Caldas obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Advertising from the Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, completing their studies from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their degree, they also hold certifications such as the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, which they obtained from EXIN in November 2015. Furthermore, they obtained the Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from MoreSteam.com LLC in September 2015.
