Cindy Tsai

Cindy Tsai has a work experience spanning from 2013 to 2016. Cindy started their career as a Materials Project Manager at Foxconn in November 2013. In this role, they managed materials for the company. From November 2014 to November 2015, Cindy worked as a Project Manager at Foxconn, where they were the Account Manager for the "I" Customer. Cindy successfully managed the P&L for the 4G LTE module business, leading to a 30% growth in business. Cindy also discovered and resolved firmware issues, preventing potential losses of up to USD100M. From January 2016 onwards, they joined Ubiquiti Inc. as a Project Manager. In this role, they worked with the R&D team to gather development requirements, coordinated with cross-functional teams, and established workflow SOPs. Cindy successfully launched various products during their tenure at Ubiquiti Inc. including UniFi series AP & routers, UniFi OS consoles, and AmpliFi series wireless routers.
