Darren Chen

Darren Chen worked as a Software Engineer at Ubiquiti Inc. from January 2018 onwards. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining and enhancing L2 protocol for the Ubiquiti EdgeSwitch Software Development.

Before joining Ubiquiti Inc., Darren worked at Delta Networks from July 2013 to December 2017. As a Software Engineer, they worked on bringing up switch platforms with different speeds (1G/10G/40G/100G), developed u-boot features, and also worked on Linux device driver development.

Prior to Delta Networks, Darren worked at 和纤合 from October 2011 to December 2012 as a Software Engineer. In this role, they focused on IP phone software development, developing DHCP and LLDP modules, and implementing HTTP/HTTPs module.

Darren Chen attended Fu Jen Catholic University from 2002 to 2007, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering. Darren later returned to the same university from 2009 to 2011 and obtained a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
