Jindřich Flídr

Jindřich Flídr has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Jindřich worked as a Team Lead at Ubiquiti Networks, where they were responsible for coordinating multinational hardware and software teams for the UISP platform. In this role, they utilized technologies such as React, Redux, and Node.

Prior to that, Jindřich worked at IBM as an Integration Architect. Jindřich led IT projects in the banking and financial sector, focusing on AngularJS, Java, and BPM. Jindřich also played a key role in building solution architecture for clients such as Česká spořitelna, Erste Group, and KB. Additionally, Jindřich established programming, design, and technical standards for front-end development, custom SDK, REST API, ESB, cloud, and continuous integration.

Before joining IBM, Jindřich worked at the Centre for Modern Education as a Senior Software Engineer. Jindřich improved IT processes and oversaw IT management, implementing techniques like Continuous Integration. Jindřich handled complex projects for clients, including the Czech and Slovak Television, Foxconn, and the National Museum. Jindřich also gained experience at Vodafone as a Scholar and at Unicorn as a Programmer. Jindřich started their career as a Freelancer, working as a Programmer.
