Voldemārs Smelēns

Voldemārs Smelēns began their work experience at Accenture in 2013 as an Intern before moving on to become a Junior C++ Developer. In 2015, they joined ERGO Latvia as a Junior Java Developer and later progressed to become a Senior Java Developer and Software Development Team Lead. In February 2021, Voldemārs took on the role of Information Technology Architect at ERGO Latvia. Currently, they are working as a Software Engineer at Ubiquiti Inc., starting in January 2022.

Voldemārs Smelēns completed their education at Latvijas Universitate. From 2012 to 2014, they pursued a first level higher education Professional study programme in Computer Programming/Programmer, General. Voldemārs continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from 2014 to 2016. Finally, they completed their education with a Master's Degree in Computer Science from 2016 to 2018, also at Latvijas Universitate.
