Tim Cowart

Tim C. has extensive experience in the financial industry. Tim began their career in 1997 as the Vice President of Corporate Development for PanAmSat Corporation, where they managed the activities of the corporate development team and the company's financial advisors. In 1999, they moved to New Skies Satellites N.V. as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. In 2005, they joined Kigin Partners as a Finance, Operations & Strategy Consultant. In 2008, they co-founded Embark Analytics. In 2010, they became a Solar Project Financing & Corporate Advisory Consultant for Providence Access Company. From 2011 to 2017, they worked as a CFO to Growing Companies for Burkland Associates. From 2017 to 2018, they served as the CFO and COO for Steep Hill. In 2018, they became CFO for Sunfolding, and in 2021, they joined Ubiquity Retirement + Savings as the Chief Financial Officer. At Ubiquity, they have raised $14 million of Series D investment funds, formalized long term strategy & financial forecasting, and advised & implemented procedures to improve corporate governance, human resources, and accounting practices.

Tim C. received their MBA from the University of Southern California in 1993, and their BS in Finance and Accounting from Menlo College in 1988.
