Corey Besaw oversees all global operations for Ubiquity and is responsible for deploying the company’s Center of Excellence model across all business lines. Corey most recently served as president of Banking Operations, Ubiquity’s specialized dispute and chargeback management, fraud investigation and verification services. In that role, he expanded the division to become a true differentiator for Ubiquity. Corey has more than 15 years of business process outsourcing (BPO) and product leadership experience and has helped launch and expand contact center operations in the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Before Ubiquity, Corey led product development for payment processor TxVia’s managed services division. The next-generation processor was acquired by Google in 2012, after which Corey and several other TxVia veterans cofounded Ubiquity.
