John S. Adams is a seasoned investment professional with 32 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President - Investments and Senior Portfolio Manager at UBS since June 2007, John leads the Arbor Group Team and specializes in the management of Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs), encompassing all phases of security selection and asset management. Prior to UBS, John held the position of Vice President - Investments and Senior Portfolio Manager at Smith Barney from March 2000 to June 2007, and served as Director - Investments at CIBC from September 1997 to March 2000. John holds dual Master's degrees in Management and Financial Services from The American College, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Music and Business Administration from The Evergreen State College.
