Kai Zeng

Kai Zeng is a finance professional with extensive experience in equity trading and quantitative analysis. Currently serving as Director, Equity Quant Trader at UBS since December 2018, responsibilities include systematic trading, liquidity provision, and managing the equity central risk book. Prior to UBS, Zeng held the position of Vice President at Citi from February 2012 to December 2018, where management included option systematic trading and analytics teams, as well as the design of automated trading systems. Earlier experience includes a Summer Associate role in 2011 at Citi and a Graduate Research Fellowship at Northwestern University focused on data-driven policy research. Zeng's educational background encompasses a PhD in Political Economy and multiple degrees in finance, political science, and international studies from prestigious institutions.
