Lori Willi

Lori Ma Willi is an experienced professional in leadership roles within the finance and human resources sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director and Chief of Staff to the Group CFO at UBS since July 2023, Lori previously held multiple senior roles at Credit Suisse since October 2008, including Managing Director for both Group COO and Human Resources, where responsibilities included driving HR strategic agendas and operational management across International Wealth Management and EMEA. Earlier experience includes roles at Zurich Financial Services as an IT Account Executive and Global Service Improvement Manager, focusing on strategic initiatives and enhancing IT service delivery. Lori earned a degree from Rutgers University from 1986 to 1990.
