Marcus Denter-Silva

Marcus Denter-Silva is currently a Finance Business Partner in the EMEA Finance division at UBS as part of the Graduate Talent Program 2024, having previously interned as a Product Specialist focused on asset management products in early 2023. Prior experience includes a Business Development Associate role at Silver Brain AI AG, contributing to strategic initiatives for a Generative Artificial Intelligence start-up, and a similar position at SafEcho AG, which specializes in AI-based SaaS solutions for occupational safety and health. Marcus has also worked as an External Masters Consultant at Workday, developing a market penetration strategy for financial management software, and interned at 1291 Group in private wealth solutions. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Finance and a Master of Science in International Management from Esade, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Business Psychology from Loughborough University.
