Nektarios Kalogridis

Nektarios Kalogridis is an experienced software engineer specializing in electronic trading and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as a Senior eTrading Software Engineer at UBS since May 2023, Nektarios previously worked at HSBC as a Senior Algo Trading Developer focused on Fixed Income eTrading and at Credit Suisse in a similar role for Credit eTrading. Nektarios has a strong background in Python and deep learning, evidenced by roles at Pfizer and Morgan Stanley, where models for natural language processing and sequence prediction were developed. Prior experience also includes significant contributions as a Senior Java Software Engineer for various financial institutions, such as Nomura and Barclays Investment Bank, providing expertise in fixed income trading systems and electronic trading workflows. Nektarios holds a BS in Computer Science from Rutgers University and a Nanodegree in Artificial Intelligence for Trading from Udacity.
