Stefan Seiler

Stefan Seiler, PhD, is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience at UBS since November 2011, serving in roles including Group Head of Human Resources and Corporate Services, and a member of the Group Executive Board. Other notable positions at UBS include Group Managing Director overseeing Talent & Recruiting and HR for Switzerland and Global Control Functions. In addition to their role at UBS, Stefan Seiler is Chairman of the Foundation Board at SFI Swiss Finance Institute and an Adjunct Professor at Nanyang Business School. Previous experience includes serving as Department Head of Leadership and Communication Studies at the Swiss Military Academy at ETH Zurich and an HR Transformation Manager at Credit Suisse. Stefan Seiler holds a PhD in Educational Psychology from the Université de Fribourg - Universität Freiburg and a Master in Educational Psychology from the University of Fribourg and University of Leeds.
