Shkumbin Shala

Shkumbin Shala is an experienced academic and professional in environmental subjects, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at UBT - University for Business and Technology since September 2016. In addition to academic responsibilities, Shkumbin Shala has been employed as an Air Quality Specialist at the Ministry of Environment - Government of the Republic of Kosova since January 2010. Shkumbin Shala's expertise combines practical governmental experience with a strong educational background from UBT.
