Dirk Norval has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Dirk started their career at Top Tech in 1998 as a Sales Manager, where they focused on data processing, text processing, image processing, document management, workflow, storage, and retrieval of data. Dirk was primarily responsible for cold canvassing and developing new business. In 2000, Dirk joined Dell as an Account Manager, where they gained valuable knowledge of hardware and educated customers on product and software knowledge. Dirk formulated solution-oriented proposals for customers and interacted with all levels of the business. Dirk then worked at HP from 2007 to 2010 as an Account Manager in a liaison role. Dirk developed efficient proposals, motivated internal staff, and played a crucial role in formulating short- and long-term solutions. Currently, Dirk is working at Ubuntu Technologies (PTY) Ltd as a New Business Manager, starting in 2010.
Dirk Norval attended Technikon Pretoria from 1982 to 1985, where they obtained a Diploma in Electronic Technician.
