Pancho Reyna

Pancho Reyna has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Pancho is currently working at UBX as the Head of Engineering since April 2023. Prior to this, Pancho held leadership positions at Rebar Solutions, starting as the Chairman and Founder in December 2014 and then transitioning to the role of CEO from April 2015 to September 2018. Pancho also served as the CEO of Inquiro Inc. from October 2022 to April 2023 and as the COO from October 2021 to October 2022. In addition, Pancho worked as the Head of Software Engineering and Quality Assurance at Chi-X Global Technology (Philippines) from September 2018 to September 2021. Before that, they held roles such as CTO at RemoteStaff Limited from June 2014 to November 2014, IT Manager at Philippine Savings Bank from October 2011 to May 2014, and R&D Manager at Chikka Asia, Inc. from August 2011 to September 2011. Earlier in their career, Pancho worked as the IT Manager for Systems Development at Summit Media (Summit Publishing Co., Inc.) - Hand Interactive Division from January 2011 to June 2011 and as a Senior Software Development Analyst at Smart Communications, Inc. from September 2008 to January 2011. Pancho also gained experience as a Finance Associate at Deutsche Knowledge Services Pte. Ltd. from April 2008 to August 2008.

Pancho Reyna attended Ateneo de Manila University from 2001 to 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Physics and Computer Engineering.
