Kem Saichaie

Kem Saichaie serves as the Executive Director of the Center for Educational Effectiveness at the University of California, Davis, where responsibilities include leading the Learning and Teaching Support unit and promoting evidence-based practices among faculty and graduate student instructors. Previous roles include Director of Educational Technology at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where strategic initiatives for technology-enhanced education were implemented, and Academic Technology Consultant at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, focusing on programming design and evaluation. Kem Saichaie holds a PhD in Higher Education & Student Affairs from the University of Iowa, an MA in Telecommunications Management & Research from Ohio University, and a BA in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Grand View University.
