Spenser Warren

Spenser A. Warren is a postdoctoral fellow at the UC Institute on Global Conflict and Cooperation, focusing on technology and international security. Previously, Spenser held various positions at Indiana University Bloomington, including research assistant, associate instructor, and instructor of record, contributing to projects and teaching courses related to international relations, political violence, and foreign policy. Spenser served as the managing editor for the International Studies Review and participated in community service with AmeriCorps VISTA. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Political Science and Government from Indiana University Bloomington and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Relations and National Security Studies, as well as Russian, Central European, East European, and Eurasian Studies from Michigan State University.
