Connie Worden

Connie Worden, SPHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at UCI Health since July 2022, Connie has previously held positions including Expert Witness at PJ West and Associates since 2014, and Human Resources Director at Placentia-Linda Hospital from January 2022 to March 2024. With a background as California Human Resources Manager at Tenet Healthcare, overseeing HR for over 1000 staff at 65 locations, and as an Instructor for the HR Professional Certificate Program at UC Irvine, Connie possesses deep expertise in Employee Relations, HR strategy, workforce planning, and compliance. Connie's career also includes significant contributions at UC Irvine Medical Center and The Capital Group, where strategic workforce initiatives were developed and implemented.
