Nichelle D. S.

Nichelle D. S. has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Nichelle D. started their career as a Clinical Manager at ADAPT COMMUNITY ALTERNATIVES, INC. in 2001 and worked there until 2014. Nichelle D. then joined UCAN (Chicago) as a Supervisor of Education Support for six months before transitioning to the role of Associate Director, where they worked from 2016 to 2019. In 2018, they became an Agency Owner at Allstate. Currently, they are the Owner of LuXeStream USA, a luxurious vintage Airstream event space, and also holds the position of Associate Vice President of Program Support at UCAN (Chicago) since 2021.

Nichelle D. S. has a Masters degree in Human Service Administration from Spertus Institute for Jewish Learning and Leadership. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Pathology & Audiology from Tennessee State University. Nichelle D. completed their high school education at Academy Of Our Lady, where they obtained their High School Diploma in General Studies.

In addition to their formal education, Nichelle also has additional certifications. In 1998, they completed a 40-hour Domestic Violence Training program from the Battered Women's Network. More recently, in February 2018, they graduated from the Nollau Leadership Institute, which is provided by the Council for Health and Human Service Ministries.
