Samer Ibrahim is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and operations management. Currently serving as Area Managing Director at UCC Holding since June 2011, Samer has held various senior roles including Chief Operation Officer and Executive Director of Engineering and Procurement. Prior experience includes positions as Projects Coordinator at TOEC and CPC, as well as Team Leader at AABCO. Samer holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Al Baath University, obtained between 2000 and 2004.
