Vasilena Pancharova

Vasilena Pancharova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in team management and project coordination within the cultural and educational sectors. Currently serving as Team Manager at Ucha.se since March 2018, Vasilena contributes to the international brand's mission of enhancing education. Previously, Vasilena held the position of Project Coordinator at the Open Arts Foundation from 2014 to 2018, where efforts were focused on supporting Bulgarian contemporary culture through recognized and awarded projects. Prior experience includes serving as Head Editor at the Blog of NIGHT in 2013-2014, leading a team of interns, and as Assistant Director at BNT-Plovdiv's Broadcast "Metafora" from 2012 to 2013, where responsibilities included guest communication and script drafting. Vasilena's academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Slavic Philology from Plovdiv University Paisiy Hilendarski and participation in the Erasmus program at Ghent University.
