Andrew Trauger

Andrew Trauger is an Electrical Engineering Intern at One-Cycle Control, Inc. since June 2024 and a Hardware Engineer for UCI HyperXite in the SpaceX Hyperloop Competition since September 2023. In the Hyperloop project, Andrew Trauger is responsible for designing a high/low voltage three-phase inverter board to apply high voltage alternating current to a linear induction motor in a scaled Hyperloop pod, as well as implementing a battery management system and creating connection harnesses to maintain battery functionality and temperature. Andrew Trauger is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering at UC Irvine, expected to graduate in June 2026.
