Eric Estep

Eric Estep MS serves as the President of Tactical Safety Solutions since January 2015, overseeing operations, policy formulation, and resource management. Additionally, since April 2009, Eric has held the position of Vice President of Field Operations at UCI, where responsibilities include strategic workforce planning, employee compensation, and regulatory compliance, aimed at developing a skilled workforce. Prior experience includes working as a Full Cycle Recruiter at Cessna Aircraft Company from August 2007 to January 2009. Eric holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from Kansas State University.
