Dany Pen

Dany Pen, MBA, serves as a Talent Acquisition HRIS Business Analyst at UCLA Health since March 2022, playing a vital role in enhancing the recruiting and onboarding processes and implementing advanced talent acquisition systems. Previously, Dany contributed significantly at the Automobile Club of Southern California from May 2016 to March 2022 in various capacities, including People Systems Business Analyst and Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst, where responsibilities included managing HR systems, creating reports for data-driven decision-making, and leading the launch of a new HCM system. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Odle Management Group, LLC, overseeing recruitment for over 300 new hires, and holding management positions at RadioShack. Dany holds an MBA in Business Administration from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach.
