María Victoria Ruiz Díaz Merlo

María Victoria Ruiz Díaz Merlo has a long and varied work experience. From 2010 to 2021, they have held various roles across a number of companies. María Victoria began their career at Talos SRL as a Financial Business Analyst in 2010. In 2013, they moved to Rz & Asoc. as a Senior Financial Controller. In 2015, they held two roles, one as a Junior Software Engineer at Sanatorio Las Lomas S.A. and another as a Project Manager/IT Business Analyst at NeuralSoft. In 2016, they were an IT Manager at Denver Farma Argentina S.A. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Ministerio de Modernización de la República Argentina as a Technical Product & Project Manager, Product Manager, and Technical Product Owner. In 2021, they joined ucrop.it as the Head of IT and Product Development and Agile Team Lead & Agile Coach.

María Victoria Ruiz Díaz Merlo has studied at the Universidad de Palermo, where they obtained a Lic. en Sistemas de Información / Lic. en Administración de Empresas in the field of Tecnología informática/Tecnología de sistemas informáticos. María Victoria also studied at Estudios Superiores Buenos Aires, where they obtained an Analista en Sistemas in the field of Análisis de sistemas informáticos/Analista, as well as an Analista Programadora in the field of Programación informática. Additionally, they have obtained a SCRUM certification from CertiProf.
