Sylvia Sierra

Sylvia Sierra is an experienced recruitment and onboarding manager currently serving at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Oakland since July 2017. In this role, Sylvia focuses on enhancing recruitment processes to support the hospital's mission of providing exceptional pediatric care. Additionally, Sylvia has held the position of Associate Director of Candidate Experience – Recruitment at Easter Seals Bay Area since March 2015, contributing to the organization's commitment to creating impactful solutions.
