Brian Roush

Brian Roush currently serves as the Director of Operations and Director of Quality Engineering at Ultra Defense Corp since February 2021. Roush has extensive experience in engineering and operations, having previously worked as a Quality and Safety Engineer/Manager at Sierra Bullets, LLC, and as a Process Improvement/Lean Manager and Quality Engineer at EnerSys, where responsibilities included leading the quality engineering for submarine programs and conducting ISO9000 audits. Additionally, Roush was an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Central Missouri from January 2012 to September 2022, teaching graduate-level courses in Industrial Management and Organizational Dynamics. Roush began a career in leadership at the Christian Life Center, serving as Student Ministries Director/Youth Pastor. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Management from the University of Central Missouri.
