Stephanie Szabó

Stephanie Szabó currently serves as the Director of Product Design at Udemy, focusing on the learner and GenAI experiences within a global learning platform. Prior experience includes a tenure at Sequoia Capital as the Director of Product Design & Content, where Szabó played a pivotal role in developing Sequoia Arc, an investment and learning product that significantly benefited pre-seed/seed founders. At Airbnb, Szabó advanced through various positions, culminating as Head of Design Learning, where the design quality and excellence across a global design team were enhanced. Szabó’s design career also includes notable roles at gravitytank, Edenspiekermann, Interbrand, and Adaptive Path, alongside academic contributions as a Design Fellow and Lecturer at Stanford's d.school. Szabó holds degrees in Graphic Design and Entrepreneurship from California College of the Arts and Boston University, respectively.
