Adrija Roy is a dedicated professional with experience in monitoring and evaluation, livelihood programs, and environmental impact assessment. Currently a Core Team Member for Monitoring and Evaluation at Udhyam Learning Foundation since July 2021, Adrija has been instrumental in establishing M&E systems for the Udhyam Shiksha Program. Prior to this role, Adrija served as a Young Professional at Odisha Livelihoods Mission, where the implementation of the Start-Up Village Entrepreneurship Program at Puri Sadar Block was a key responsibility. Adrija's early experience includes an internship at SATPUDA FOUNDATION, focusing on the impact of wildlife tourism and ecotourism on communities and conservation in Maharashtra's tiger reserves. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Forestry Management and Environment Management from the Indian Institute of Forest Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Jadavpur University.
