Roger Laty

Roger Laty, CPA, currently serves as Vice President - Tax at UDR Inc. since April 2013. Previously, Roger held significant roles including Vice President, Tax at Nationwide Health Properties Inc., where responsibilities included developing a tax compliance department and managing acquisitions, and Vice President of Tax at Kilroy Realty Corporation. Roger's early career includes time as a Tax Senior Manager at Ernst & Young and Kenneth Leventhal & Co., focusing on the taxation of real estate entities. Additionally, Roger has contributed to the Blind Children's Learning Center as a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair, also serving as Treasurer and Finance Committee Chair. Roger earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton.
