Núria Barnils Martínez has a diverse work experience. From 2009 to 2013, they worked at FC Barcelona as a Presentadora & Editora Informativos Barça TV and later as a Redactora TV/Web. In these roles, they were responsible for writing content for TV and web and editing TV segments. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at Totmedia Grup as a Responsable Sección Sociedad. At Catalunya Ràdio, from 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Redactora & Locutora de La Transmissió d'en Puyal. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at LEWIS Global Communications as a Marketing Account Executive. Since 2018, they have been working at Universitat Abat Oliba CEU as an Especialista en marketing & Comunicación Corporativa & Orientadora Vocacional. In 2022, they joined UEFA as part of the Media Open Day Women's Champions League team.
Núria Barnils Martínez completed their Licenciatura in Periodismo (Journalism) from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona from 2005 to 2009. In 2008, they also participated in an Erasmus program for six months at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, specializing in Journalism. Núria further pursued their education by undertaking a Ciclo Formativo Grado Superior en Técnicas de Actuación Teatral (Higher Degree in Theater Performance Techniques) at Col·legi Teatre Barcelona from 2003 to 2006, focusing on drama and performing arts. Additionally, Núria is currently working towards a degree in Coach conductual y personal (Behavioral and Personal Coach) at Centre de Coaching i Intel·ligència emocional Sant Cugat, which they are expected to complete between 2021 and 2023.
