Piotr Wicherski

Piotr Wicherski has a diverse work experience in mobile quality assurance and testing. Piotr is currently working as an Expert Mobile Quality Assurance Engineer at UEFA since April 2021. Prior to that, they held positions such as HBR Advisory Council at Harvard Business Review starting from September 2022 and Advisory Council Member at Polish Testing Board starting from October 2016. Piotr also worked as a Lecturer at Akademia Finansów i Biznesu Vistula from March 2017 to September 2021. Piotr has experience in automation testing, as they worked as a Senior Mobile Quality Assurance Test Automation Engineer at Netguru from April 2019 to January 2020, and as a Mobile Quality Assurance Automation Engineer at Mobile Flag QA - Mobile Applications Quality Assurance since January 2020. Piotr has also worked as a Senior Mobile Software Test Engineer at Allegro from May 2014 to April 2019 and as a Software Development Engineer in Test at Applause from November 2015 to December 2017. Piotr started their career as a Senior Mobile Software Tester at Samsung Electronics from October 2011 to April 2014 and worked as a Mobile Technician - Consultant at T-Mobile Polska from October 2008 to October 2011.

Piotr Wicherski's education history includes attending the Warsaw School of Computer Science from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained their degree of Inżynier (Inż.) in the field of Software Engineering. Prior to that, they studied General Psychology at Uniwersytet SWPS starting in 2009.

Additionally, Piotr Wicherski has obtained several certifications. In February 2015, they achieved the ISTQB® CTFL - Certified Tester Foundation Level from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board. In June 2014, they completed the Professional Scrum Foundations course offered by Brass Willow. Piotr also received certifications in Mobile Application Security Defense from Niebezpiecznik.pl and Programming with Objective-C for iOS from Sages in June 2015 and November 2014, respectively. Lastly, they obtained the ISTQB® Technical Test Analyst certification from Altkom Akademia in June 2015, and more recently, in December 2021, they acquired the ISTQB® Test Manager - Advanced Level certification from 21CN.
