Victoria Bayly's work experience includes various legal roles at different companies. Victoria began their career in 2012 at Hesketh Henry as a Commercial Lawyer, where they worked until 2014. Victoria then joined Anthony Harper as a Commercial Lawyer for a few months before moving to Maddocks as a Commercial Lawyer from 2014 to 2016. In 2015, they also worked at Samsung Electronics as a Legal Counsel, both as a regular employee and as a secondee. In 2018, they joined Orion Health as a Legal Counsel for a brief period before joining CMS UK as an Associate specializing in Technology, Data Protection, and IP from 2018 to 2019. Victoria'smost recent position is with UEFA, where they started in 2019 as a Lawyer and later took on the role of UEFA EURO 2020 Venue Lawyer in Glasgow for a short period in 2021.
Victoria Bayly completed their Bachelor of Laws / Bachelor of Arts degree (LLB, BA) from The University of Auckland from 2006 to 2011. In 2012, they obtained a Certificate in Professional Legal Studies from The College of Law Australia. Additionally, they participated in a university exchange semester at Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) in 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Art & Design degree from Auckland University of Technology from 2005 to 2006. Victoria finished their secondary education at St Cuthbert's College from 2001 to 2004. Later, in 2012, they became a Barrister and Solicitor certified by the New Zealand Law Society, followed by another certification as a Barrister and Solicitor from The Law Society of NSW in November 2014.
