Mohamad Aslam Khuajah

Mohamad Aslam Khuajah is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience leading HR functions across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of HR Services at UEM Edgenta Berhad since December 2020, Mohamad oversees HR administrative and operational activities, including payroll, workforce administration, benefits, and recruitment. Prior to this role, Mohamad was the Head of HR Technology at CIMB from 2003 to November 2020, where responsibilities included leading the implementation of the Regional HRIS project across 13 countries and managing vendor contracts. With a strong foundation in human resources technology, Mohamad also held positions as Vice President and Assistant Vice President in Regional HR Systems, contributing significantly to projects such as the CIMB Virtual Career Fair and HRIS implementations in Malaysia and Singapore. Early career experience includes a role as a Programmer at The New Straits Times Press (M) Berhad. Mohamad's educational background is from the SAL Group of Colleges.
