Peggy Lee

Peggy Lee is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, and performance and rewards. Currently serving as Chief People Officer and General Manager for the People Centres of Expertise at UEM Sunrise Berhad since September 2018, Peggy previously held significant roles at AIA as Associate Director of HR Services and at Shell in various capacities, culminating in HR Services Operations Manager for Asia & Oceania. Additional experience includes HR leadership positions at Siemens and Hong Leong Bank Berhad, where Peggy contributed to HR policy implementation and operational management across multiple sectors.
