Felix Enrique Zambrano Rodriguez

Felix Enrique Zambrano Rodriguez is a skilled professional with a diverse background in customer success, technical support, program management, and human resources. Currently serving as a Customer Success Agent at UENI since October 2024, Felix focuses on technical support and client guidance in web development. Previous experience includes working at GovAssist as an L1 Customer Service Representative, and completing an apprenticeship in Artificial Intelligence Programming at Factoría F5.
