Elsa Rohm

Elsa Rohm is a Senior Tutor at UES Education, specializing in SAT preparation and exam-based tutoring for secondary school students since December 2023. Previously, Elsa served as a Research Coordinator at the Centre for Infectious Disease Research in Zambia during a secondment from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, where responsibilities included protocol development, training research assistants, and overseeing household observations for a multi-partner research project. Elsa has also held roles in the Lantagne Lab Group as an Assistant Researcher, focusing on biofilm development and sanitation research, and participated in the Tufts Literacy Corps as a Coordinator and Tutor. Involvement with Engineers Without Borders USA included leading a team to develop a piped water system in Malawi. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Control of Infectious Diseases from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering and Community Health from Tufts University.
