Rajesh Gangwani

Rajesh Gangwani is an experienced executive and leadership communication coach, currently serving as an empaneled affiliate coach at uExcelerate since June 2023. In addition to independent coaching and facilitation roles since 2019, Rajesh has a significant background at J. Walter Thompson Worldwide, where tenure spanned from June 1991 to October 2018, culminating in the position of Managing Partner overseeing Mumbai and West operations. Prior roles included Senior Vice President for Bengaluru and South operations and Management Trainee progressing to Vice President and Client Services Director. Rajesh holds a Master of Management Studies in Marketing from Sydenham Institute of Management, completed in 1991.
