Alex Ortiz

Alex Ortiz has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Alex started their career as a Sales Representative at ADT Security Sales Branch in 2001, where they handled client appointments and provided security system recommendations. From 2002 to 2003, they worked as a Sales Representative at Coral Calcium, answering customer questions and processing orders. In 2004, Alex became the Shop Owner of P&A Tire and Auto Service, where they managed the operations of the shop. Alex then transitioned to Progressive Insurance in 2014, working as an Automotive Claims Adjuster for five years. Their responsibilities included investigating auto accidents and making liability decisions based on customer information. Currently, Alex works as an Automotive and Commercial Claims Adjuster at UFG Insurance since 2019.

Alex Ortiz earned an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Kaplan University between 2009 and 2011. Additionally, they obtained an Associate's degree in Law Enforcement Investigation and Interviewing from Kaplan University.
